Talltorta is a tiny old village in the middle of the valley, away of any major road, so it is not that usual to go to Les Heures unless following a recommendation...and this was the case and I'm thankful for that. Didac (the chef) has put together an extremely balanced and well prepared menu in an old farm built of stone and wood in the middle of the country side. It is actually perfectly feasible to walk up to the restaurant as it is 30 min walk from the wel known Bolvir. Beyond the cozy old fashioned decoration, the menu brings a wonderful mix of old recipes mixed with innovative new offers. Everything is home-made. Few to add to my former review one year ago: les Heures keeps at a very high level, mixing traditional local cousine with some innovative touches. We went for the T-Bone steak menu this time and was pretty good, probably one of the best in la Cerdanya, although innovation was only at the dessert: gintonic straightaway as part of the menu. As usual, totally recommended, although remember to book in advance (quite small dinning area) and remember it does NOT accept any kind of digital payment. Very nice restaurant with good local food, with a small but interesting wine list. Worth driving to it. The only difficult part for us was the menu in Catalan, but the host translated it to English for us, and explained the dishes to us in Castillano.

A friend 's recommendation that turned out to be a wonderful restaurant with high quality food. Do not miss the big cannelloni , the pork or the potatoes with brie... and the desserts are also amazing... quiet place but used to have kids around.
