Imaginative and thoughtful cuisine which falls just short of being top level but which is still well worth trying. Sadly, we felt that there was too much use of the water bath in preparing some of the dishes, resulting in textures being less than optimal in, for example, the Guinea fowl but that is the case in many restaurants these days and the food, overall, was good to very good. Presentation was exceptional. Service top notch. The wine list is a joy and the sommelier knowledgeable; plenty of treasures to discover. All in all, a very pleasant experience and fairly priced.
