I bought at biocoop Montignac a walnut pie from this bakery. A delight, I had never tasted anything like this: very little sweet (the nuts do not swim in a toffee that is sometimes doubtful), a great tart background, a good taste of nuts and a texture that could make think of a crumble.
While in the area, I was able to eat Super Breads, they keep very well and are tastefully delicious. And those who do them and sell them are very nice. I recommend
Super organic breads and pastries cooked in wood oven, which can also be found in some markets in the region.
