The winery and wines in general, natures for the vast majority or 100%, demanding selection with refs that you like well (Pépin, Dard Ribot, etc.). But a flat still concerning the times displayed. I came 2 times, 2 Saturday in a row to 17.30/45 and the cellar was closed despite the 17-20 announced (already a little rotten ! . Where I'm told at the restaurant that's in prepa de sevice: yes he went out to do something, he should already be back. Anyway, it's not pro at all, I know we're in Pantin, we're all killing each other...
