Les p'tites pommes is the nicest place we have eaten in normandy, mainly because its so family friendly. We went with a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old, which I have to say is normally quite awkward in France as most restaurants aren't really geared up for little ones but this one was great. They even had a toilet training seat in the bathroom which came in really handy! Our waitress was lovely really friendly and VERY patient with our attempts at French. They had a really good, well priced children's menu and great food for adults too. The camembert went down very well! As did the cuisse du pollute roti! We have been to so many restaurants over our holiday and this one is by far the nicest.

We wandered into this small, family friendly cafe bar after mis timing lunch after going around the zoo parc and sesrching for a place to eat. As the staff on duty did not speak English, they enlisted the help of a couple of the locals who were in the cafe at the time and who were kind enough to help us. Between their broken English and my broken French we managed to organise an order of very nice crepes and some drinks. Sadly as it was mid afternoon, most of the main meal items were not available. Nevertheless we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed our experience and would happily go there again if in the vicinity.

We stopped for lunch before going into the zoo in this lovely little cafe near the zoo entrance and across the road from the covered 'halles ' and a bubbling chalk stream in this beautiful town. Crepes/Galettes were great and pretty huge and plenty of choice for adults and the grandchildren. Quiet when we arrived but got really busy towards the end of the classic french lunchtime period so service got slower. Owner was really friendly to us and pointed out a place where you could see wolves. We did pass it on route to Dieppe but unfortunately no time next time....

Ordered 2 cappucino. We got 2 small normal coffees with only 1 cup with very small amount of milk and price goes from 1.50 per coffee to 3.80... So for 7.60 euros you get basically 2 small coffees that normally cost 3.00 euros in total with a drop of milk, complete rip off.
