Shared a fantastic bottle of local wine by Frederic Cossard of Domaine de Chassorney in Saint-Romain on the terrace of Hotel les Roches. Cossard is a leading producer of natural wine and his wine is extremely hard to find. Being the closest restaurant to his Domaine the hotel had a great selection. The food is Burgundy country cooking and very tasty.The setting in this small village way away from the crowds of Beaune is a magical treat. If you've made it this far you are obviously a wine lover and this restaurant provides the perfect setting you only dream of in Paris.
We had lunch today at this restaurant. It is a pleasure to see a place seek the quality of plate and glass products. A desire to select natural and local wines, a pleasure to see a regional, seasonal and well-made menu. We had a good time served and accompanied by pleasant and caring owners. THANKS
Great place, warm setting, quality cuisine made with fresh local and seasonal products, not to mention the talent of chef Bertrand and the very professional and friendly team. We had a great time.
