at raymond, the tamaris restaurant, is an institution to saint-clear, and when we went there, we go back! the reception is friendly, the service is professional and the fish are first fresh. We will enjoy a wild wolf grilled with wood fire with its secret, light and tasteful sauce, accompanied by a tasty Provencal tomato and rice, and we will finish with the homemade iced dessert with a kirsch background...a great moment and eagerly next year!
