Almost the exception, at each passage, is a discovery, new flavors, new dishes....The look of the room, redesigned these last months is even more warm, more refined, more luminous. the eggplant to puymirol having caught up, there is no more gastronomic restaurant there, you have to go to agen to find it, with some good ones, but all those, renamed, where we went are not, in our opinion, quite at this level. there is nothing that can give a hint of criticism, even the amuse-guests while waiting for the discovery
