This is a Michelin rated restaurant located on the ground floor of Hotel du Lac in Guebwiller. You have to reserve a table if you want to have lunch/dinner here. The waiters are really occupied so be patient. The selection of foods reflect to the French cuisine, but the portions are not so big. They have a big selection from French wines I could recommend to have a wine tasting combined with cheese tasting!

The restaurant is located at a little lake, in a very quiet place, away from the city noises. You both have the possibility to sit outside, but the restaurant offers nice places inside the building as well. It's not easy to find english speaking waiter/waitress there : The place is really popular at local people too, you need to reserve the place to make sure to get a free table.

We stayed few days in Hotel Domain du Lac. This restaurant is very convenient. The locaton is nice next to the small lake. The menu is standard good. No surprises, not bad, not fantastic good.So you can trust on the quality and the price is average. The menu is 30 euro; drinks not included. The service was routine.

If you book a room with TUI in hotel Les Rives, you get a dinner reservation in the restaurant Les Terrasses. The infrastructure is OK, but the quality of the food for the menu of the day as TUI guest is very poor. Maybe it is better if you eat à la carte...
