Very nice establishment. It is with great pleasure that we returned to dinner in this establishment. The chef has not changed, the welcome is friendly, the quality cuisine a superb foie gras) and a pot of the divine fisherman that I dare not speak of the cup 's to you to see. Anyway. The menu allows you to test everything, and the choice is on the homemade tartare sauce in salmon snack ( excellent served with an egg on the dish a slice of pineapples, fries and salad. Great. Perso, I finished with a caramel butter, very good
Nothing to say about the kitchen was very good, and fresh I liked the flavor of celery and melted pears in the cream molds.The gourmet coffee is a treat.Treat welcome and service. My flat the price of fried mussels despite the quality.
Excellent lunch menu. Entrance foie gras homemade apples and spice bread St. James safran Dessert crêpe with flambées (and baignée) in Calva!! Very welcome.
