the promise is beautiful: local producers wines naturesc is just bad! order vegetarian lasagna with goat = a dish full of water with a kind of fade ratatouille with a single sheet of lasagne paste 5 poor tips of goat cheese and order a skewer of snails = 2 poor skewers with a purée that would have been sworn of the mosline purée (texture and taste) without talking about the salad heu the old leaves !
from the first bite the flavors appear. a look back in the madeleine way of proust. What a pleasure to re-discover these distant flavours, mountain cheese calves on bed of eggplants, duck rillettes from a local producer, vegetable risotto. artisanal goat milk ice cream. only nice surprises. not even talking about the reception and service. Good from beginning to end!
still a nice discovery that this stopover in valbonne choice of the correct prices actually the tables are small to the outside but we watch our comfort the entries are tasty the delicious dishes. the excellent ice creams ( peanut) Perfect house, smile and kindness that ask better .c is in a quiet street, we will return if our steps bring us back to valbonne
