Here I am finally reconciled with pizza!!! It is often a chance to be repressed from a mediocre place and to be directed to a place of quality .. the great magic of chance. Thanks to L'ESCALE de Buis les baronnies, the whole team for its welcome, its chef for its ravioli, its salad and its delicious pizzas, to its manager for its friendly rates. We'll go around a few times a year, we'll always turn around.
We went there first time in april,but we will return soon,it was absolutely amazing.I m a fan of italian food, and i can tell you i loved their calzone .The filling was creamy and tasty and the dough homemade.My wife had a chevre chaud salade ,a huge salade with some fried french cheese and she liked it a lot.Ican t wait to be back to try other dishes.
We ate here on our second night and came back on our third night. The Entrecote was tender and tasty, and with chips and salad was a bargain price. The patron was very helpful, the waitress too. I don't see how the could be considered rude? It was full every night, they had to turn many people away...

A little break with the barronies or we decide to make our meal. my eyes turn to this restaurant and I am not disappointed .. pleasant and adventurous boss, excellent meal and (I specify to raise a comment nothing frozen ! I'll be right back.
Excellent (big) salads and really nice home made deserts. The waitresses were really friendly. I would definitely go back again! They use local products and serve locally produced beer.
If you wish to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience of unwelcomeness, l'Escale is the place to be! You'll be amazed by the waitress, who is as charming and nice as a prison warden.
Not much to tell really : very good pizza and very good service served in a fun location (how not to like Buis-les-Baronnies ?). Recommended. Book a table now
