A great restaurant, we arrived a little late and there were no vegetables for a dish in the slate the chef was moved to make several other proposals, then he came back to see us talk about his dishes and give some cooking tips, I enjoyed a lot. The gravlax salmon, the ribs of lamb with black garlic, the tagliatelle fish with lobster bisquin, the iced nougat and the apple crumble all and perfect we are delighted very soon for the new map.
