From crossing to Cavagnac, we wanted to have lunch at the Grill Around this Monday, February 14, 2022, but there was a lot of waiting then, because it was marked that there was a new restaurant, the Escale between land and sea, we went there. We don't know we have to book, we've been taken. The wait is long enough. But it was worth it. Even if there were no more chicken mushroom leaves replaced by a local salad, or the dessert of the day: lost bread with ice ball replaced by burned cream and soft chocolate. We recommend subject to reservation and time to pass.
What a nice discovery for a small family restaurant so long! this restaurant is simple and so classy at the same time. The staff is really top, welcoming, we were the smallest care. the dishes, the desserts were delicious and so nicely presented, which class! We'll be back a lot.
