We recalled the restuarant from its previous location in Rennes, when it started well but became inconsistent. In its new location outside the city it again showed initial promise an amuse bouche soup of asparagus and foie gras was very clever but things went downhill, with too many unnecessary ingredients and a bad habit of serving far everything far too hot, in the sense of having been left under a hot plate after being cooked. Scallops were good but didn’t need the potato puree, veal was poor and there was more potato puree. As the courses came they became clumsier. Wine list was okay, with some good options.
