Excellent Sunday lunch, our dog was welcomed with a platter of dog biscuits and a bowl of water. Our lunch consisted of pate de fois de canard beef carpaccio started, both served with divine truffle infused walnut oil dressing on the salads, followed by pan-fried dorade on a bed of julienne vegetables and a divine chicken breast risotto. Deserts were excellent too. prix-fixe of 35€ for 3 courses incredibly good value for high end cooking in a lovely environment. We will be back!
A group of eight of us stayed in Saint Maximin for seven nights and we ate here three of them! Every person in our party enjoyed their meal, regardless of what they ordered it was all delicious. The owners and staff were some of the kindest, most friendly people to ever take care of us at a restaurant. The appetizers, main dishes and desserts were wonderful. I highly recommend it.
A really, really lovely restaurant. We are in Uzes regularly and always come here. The food is exceptional, the service and welcome classy and understated and the location couldn’t feel more authentically French. I almost didn’t leave this review in case everyone finds it but that’s not fair and I want it to still be here when my kids bring their kids
We love this place. Just back in the area after lockdown in the UK and our first thought was to come here for lunch. As usual it was perfect. The food was imaginative, the wine delicious and the COVID precautions were very reassuring. Before leaving we booked for next week.
