Very disappointing. The food is not bad, although what they sell as heavy plates are not big or heavy at all. The waiter takes things very, very calmly. The restaurant has only 6 or 7 tables and it took a long time to serve us, to bring us the drinks... and much longer to bring us the food. Not to mention that we were 4 people and the dishes came out with a dropper, with about 10 minutes of difference each. When the fourth dish arrived, the first was already frozen. When we complained to the waiter, instead of apologizing he threw balls out and practically ran away. They have to improve a lot attention and speed in the kitchen. I do not think I 'll come back.
I expected it to be my restaurant in Getafe, but nothing could be more of the truth. We tried an oily truffle, a salad that tasted like something thanks to the pesto, and a burned entrecote because we had done it a little more. To finish, a white chocolate coulan that was black like all with a mango ice cream that produces a terrible pairing. All this served to share from some angry waiters and a greasy and broken menu. Awful everything. I went to lunch with my partner on Sunday as we had to book in advance at 3:30 p.m. when we arrived the first thing they told us they were not enough because they were overwhelmed... There were only 6 tables!! They did not give us the menu at any time, we also ordered 2 beers that they never put on us and AFTER 20 MINUTES, without paying attention, we left. The rest of the tables also seemed unattended. Too bad.
It's okay, it's very nice to sit with a place and chat. The waiters are not professional and the service can be very improved although the treatment and atmosphere is good. Personally, I don't like the music they play, but it's something you have to accept, because it's what they play everywhere. Recommended to spend some quiet time chatting.
