The quality of the pasta was satisfactory, with a good portion of salmon. However, the reception left something to be desired. The restaurant owner seemed nonchalant and not attentive to our presence. He asked us to pay before consuming, which was a bit surprising for us. Additionally, I was disappointed to see the restaurant owner touch his hair before handling the food to prepare our dishes. This does not give the impression of professional hygiene. In summary, the pasta was ok but the service and hygiene practices could clearly be improved. I hope these points will be considered to provide a better experience for customers in the future. I recommend it anyway.

We discovered this lovely bistro yesterday and will return for lunch today. It's the only place in Paris and Tours that offers mousse au chocolat (there is one more place in Angers which has it). The vegetarian Lasagne is delicious as well.
fast food medium. It's homemade, but it's not extraordinary. I regret that our lasagna were served in an aluminium dish and that they came crammed (not grilled) on top. desserts were good.
