On holiday this year in Lavandou, already last year, we wanted to return to L'Hermine. Once at noon, there was room but: the waitress is in the juice and impossible to tell you how long to wait! Lovely. We book for one evening, for 2, table on the terrace, as desired, we pass order, no wait, good cakes, well served, but in a dishes more than dried... Not very pleasant... This puts a little doubt on the establishment.We regulate the 'addition', we were asked if everything had been well past, answer yes, but no more. Service and reception not up. Disappointed compared to last year.
passing to lavandou, the atypical situation of the hermine drew our attention and it turns out it was a very good choice. very welcoming staff, cakes and pancakes are very good and very well presented, the cider is excellent. ambience in the Mediterranean. the crêperie offers two terraces, one side pedestrian streets and a suspension on the sea front. We have had a very good time facing the sea in the sunset and will not fail to return if we have the opportunity to iron in lavandou.
