I would like well done for introducing vegan dining options, croissants etc. I had the vegan xmas roasted sandwich and it was great. However, I have a big problem with cafe nero charge extra for vegan milk. soy milk is free, but they have to pay 40p extra for cocos or heel milk, even if they order tiny macchiato. it is super annoying and unfair, especially when costa and pret the surcharge stopped. come to cafe nero, catch them up.
this is a kind of place I would probably not go to, I would not be in an airport. I tried and had a heel cappuccino, a vegan biscuits and a fruit peel - they were all quite good. this caffe also offers some vegan sandwiches that do not look too appetizing, but, and there are better places close to it. Even if I, as one other person mentioned, appreciate their efforts.
they had two vegan options for eating the veggie wrap and the toastia. both were surprisingly good. it is still airport eating, but good options, I will not very fill tho
had good coffee and chocolate milk (but to explain that I was soy chocolate milk was tricky).
