This restaurant does not cater to vegans (or appear to prioritize environmental or animal welfare concerns). There are very limited options available, with only 12 cakes and pastries on offer, none of which are vegan. I ended up getting a hummus box and some pre-cut fruit, as they were the only vegan options available at EAT. Comparatively, outside of an airport setting, EAT would be far inferior to places like Pret a Manger and would likely not be a viable choice for most customers.

This restaurant does not cater to vegans (or those who care about the environment or animal welfare). There are very limited options available, with no effort made to provide vegan choices. I ended up having a hummus box and some pre-cut fruits, which were the only vegan options at the restaurant. Overall, I found that EAT would not be a good choice outside of an airport, as it pales in comparison to other options like Pret a Manger.

If you're looking for a healthy option without a long wait, consider grabbing something from the refrigerators at EAT instead of waiting for a table at Wonder Tree or Leon. Vegan options are clearly labeled. I particularly enjoyed the vegetable Gyoza Fusion bowl, especially when they pour hot broth into it - I definitely recommend adding Sriracha for an extra kick.

If you're looking for a somewhat healthy option without a long wait, consider grabbing something from the refrigerated section at EAT instead of waiting for a table at Wonder Tree or Leon. Vegan options are easy to spot. I particularly liked the Vegetable Gyoza fusion bowl, which is served with hot broth (add some sriracha for extra flavor). Highly recommend.
