L'huitriere - Table reservation

The view was great, the food was okay, but the service was terrible. They were very slow and rather unfriendly. First they got our order (entrées) wrong, after that we had to wait for a long time to get the rest of our food. Other tables were waiting for almost one hour before they could even order their food and drinks. Everyone looked very annoyed and that influenced the atmosphere of the entire restaurant. It seemed like they were understaffed, but they kept on taking new tables. The waiter was very friendly, he tried to do his best and he knew about the problems. The waitress (hostess) was rather unfriendly and harsh for other customers. I understand that covid was very hard on restauran...

Given the prestige of the establishment seen from the outside, we expected a cozy and friendly setting. It was nothing. the decor is freezing, worthy of a defacated road. no comfort, raw and unpleasant lights, no presentation. I guess this restaurant sits on its terrace in summer for tourists. waitress (patronne in jean basquettes. Basic meal, no more. Anyway, it's all over again to have a good time. There were couples and a table on a Saturday evening (including us), I understand why!

very well located, the restaurant overlooks and offers a very beautiful view of the large beach. meal and service of quality, we have had a very good time and we will return with pleasure.

The avocado/crevettes starter was generous and tasty. The salmon was lovely and the pineapple for dessert also generous, and cut so it was easy to eat. Good value here.
