Desperate from the reception to the dishes through the service. Reservation made for 12:30 we arrived 10 minutes before ; the waitress asked us to go for a tour... Disciplined we came back at 12:30 and the little room was complete (2 restaurants open in the area) All this was okay because we were about to have a good time. And there's a big disappointment until the end of the meal. Lived in this atypical restaurant, managed by a patron, Amy, who is as much, we go back to each of our stays in Ronce-les-Bains La Tremblade. It is always a pleasure to discover Amy’s tasty dishes. Tonight on the menu: weed scrub and pecan nuts, added with confit lemons. A feast for the palace!!!
