Liberty Delis - Table reservation

Originally from the USA, while on a short trip to the Rostock area I had to stop at the Liberty Delis to try their American Style Burger due to the positive reviews. The place itself is just a hole in the wall with only two...high tables to stand outside while eating. There were a good selection of what seemed to be specialty burgers available. I was very surprised to see the frozen patties being used and I would even say they were not beef, possible processed beef products. The burger was large but the taste was of a burger patty from your local supermarket in the frozen food section. I've tried many burgers places in many countries and this one is one to remember! The hamburgers are excellent as well as the fries. The hamburgers are full of flavor and have enough sauce so It does not give you the feeling that the hamburger...is dry. The couple that runs the place are really nice and take their time to prepare the meals. The price is really good since the quality is above average

What can I say... frozen ready made meat, dry and though, full of sinnows and what not. Too much pepper.. BBQ not home made.. Dry bread.. Nice guy, too bad he never been close to a real burger

I probably had the best burger I ever had at this place. I ordered the Kamikaze burger Australian wagyu beef with jalapeño cream cheese and beer samplers...
