Was excited to come here as my first stop in New York for breakfast. Even though it was quite early. All the indoor spots were taken. We were able to grab a table outside. It is a little dirty and smelly outside, though. I got a croissant and a hibiscus tea. They did not heat up the croissant for us so it was very dry. I asked for a sweet syrup in my tea, but I did not expect that the syrup was just at the very bottom and not mixed in the drink. So it was not sweet at all until the very end.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to show my appreciation for this bakery. They absolutely smack it out of the park with everything they do. Would recommend going with one or two others and sharing a variety of items (some savory, some sweet). I’ve been a couple times and can honestly say you can’t go wrong with anything. This is my favorite bakery in New York.

I went in the afternoon and waited 15 mins for a fresh batch that was being made. For me personally, the rose pistachio croissant was a bit too dense compared to other shops, but some probably prefer it that way. It might be a bit heavy for people who aren’t a major pistachio fan.

Tried their espresso pain au chocolate and feta and dill scone. Both were too buttery especially the scone. The inside of the scone was underbaked and the bottom was just too greasy. The taste of the espresso pain au chocolate was good but overly buttery/greasy. Book a table now

European style cafe bakery offering pastries and coffee and tea. Indoor and outdoor seating available although you may have to wait a while to find a spot. Not cheap but worth it if you want to indulge.

Walked in and every table was not cleaned and the dishes were still left on the tables. We saw the 2 workers just talking and acted they didn't care about there job. First time experience wasn't great.

The pistachios of the Pistachio Croissant are very solid and fragrant, but a bit too greasy. It may be a bit burdensome to eat alone. If you are with friends, it is recommended to share it!

EXCELLENT pastries. I loved the pistachio rose croissant and wish I could eat it every day! The feta dill scone was good but can’t compare to the croissant. Book a table now

Marvelous bakery, my daughter and wife loved all croissants, my favorite was a goat cheese Danish. I'll be back.
