Lila Soße - Table reservation

New German kitchen this is how the restaurant is described in menu. It situated in a heart of Nuestadt. Actually, you can merely find typical German dished in a menu. Instead, there a many more or less international continental dishes. The feature of the place...is serving many dishes in class jar. Besides menu, there are several dished of the day, about which you can ask waiter or read in the boards scattered around the restaurant. Food was really good, with element of fusion and some non standard way of serving. The also have small wine card and beers on tap, all German traditional Lager and Weitzen. I would like particularly mention good service.

We are back after the pandemic!!! The place has a certain bohemian air, I have always felt in some place in East Germany that I really like. Relaxed, easy and altogether non-pretentious. The staff is kind and extra helpful. The concept of food in jars...is enjoyable and cooking is fine with reasonable prices. It seems there is a garden in summer; unfortunately is cold enough to be inside. I would strongly recommend the place.

Found this on the internet. My wife and myself was going to have our wedding anniversary dinner and chose this restaurant. The food was excellent, the prices were modest and the service was very friendly and efficient.

Spectacular and inventive German food, supremely warm and cozy ambience, super-friendly staff. What else can I say? Go. You won’t be sorry.

Very creative menu excellently carried out and a special inviting atmosphere outside on the terrace. Reservation recommended.
