I live in the village so I know this establishment well. Last year there was a manager who set up his team and ensured the satisfaction of each client. This year, it’s fertilization, arrogance and scam... really a pity for the place! The white wine had never seen a refrigerator, the waitress advised me to pour the ice bucket from my glass to 7.5€. Moreover the wine was not the one for which it was sold, as I know the taste of the wine of this local domain... In short, the only drinkable drink stretches the glass of tap water. If you want to throw your sub (in this case of Lake Arena), go ahead, or go on. In a way, the staff doesn’t care...
Very disappointed this time despite the fact that we already knew the place... I don’t know if there was a change of manager but the welcome was meager. Despite the fact that the presence of children was clarified, that we were told that there was no problem, we were clearly told that we were not welcome. During our orders we found that prices are particularly excessive... following a fairly substantial order, the addition was made to us without being asked to make us understand that we had to leave. He was 9:00. Really very disappointed and angry. You just lost very good customers who made good pubs. Something that will change today.
A very pleasant bar, we spent evenings with friends and family, each time we were pleasantly surprised by the reception of waitresses and their manager. The service and the dishes requested were excellent as well as their cocktails. We have always been served quickly and always with a smile. If you want to have fun and spend an excellent evening with friends or solo it is the ideal place, there is good music with a wonderful view of the lake and the rock. Thank you to the entire team of the island and a special thank you to their manager for his professionalism.
