our hotel for the night could not offer us a table in its restaurant, but L’Ilot vert suggested. we were not disappointed! this beautiful informal restaurant in the heart of the old town, where waiter wear caramel pants held by clips, smiled and. enchanted their customers. all covid precautions were politely observed and the ambiente was comfortable in a immaculate clean restaurant. the menu was interesting and eating with unusual combinations excellently flavored. try coquille st jacques with an imaginative whirl of a sauce from chestnuts, walnuts and grapefruit. brilliant! try the braided calfs. brilliant! the desserts followed by interesting dishes. the wine list is limited, but so approp...

This last meal on our trip was the best. I was not expecting much but the quality of the food and the service exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is very small and fills up fast so booking is essential. The service was impeccable but friendly....We decided on the set menu and ordered one of each of the two options in order to taste everything. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team (chef and front of house respectively) and a very young but very well trained team. Highly recommended.

we have booked here for our last stay in France and what an experience. my wife chose the 55euro menu and I too because I am greedy. each cure was perfectly cooked, the service was excellent and the dessert offered cheese instead of the sweet dinge. it may have been the most expensive meal I had on this vacation, but I don't think of it as a single euro.

really good for a reasonable price, great wein recommendations and good service. it wasn't very special, but everything was really good.
