Initially we weren’t sure if this was the best choice it is about a 10 min walk from the historical center and the place isn’t pretentious at all, to the point of going unnoticed. But once inside everything is incredible, starting with impeccable service. Every single dish (from lamb to Jake to perfectly cooked vegetables) had top quality ingredients and presentation. We have had the opportunity to dine in this restaurant, from the entrance, the duo that is a very well hostrin and the very attentive staff at all times. in the food, chicharro spring with guacamole (very fresh, a great success to start), followed by the ibrico lizard with gnocchis and red pesto and to finish the dessert (mecoton roasted with white chocolate cream with fries of caf all this accompanied with a good white wine (chardonnay) that we recommend the scar, the duo. excellent quality price, exquisite drop. A very modern and different that caught me by surprise. Can't go wrong with fusion food they said and after trying in this resturant i think its true. The food was fantastic and plated with a lot of attention and details
