Friendly service when we walked in, quick seating, the fans weren't on and it was a nice hot one in June so the restaurant in the back where we sat was a little warm... But the margaritas were great!!! Then the street tacos were on point Monday and Tuesday they do taco days so they are only $2.50 each, great deal!! !! My buddy got the California steak burrito and he was happy with it... The $11.00 guac appetizer was fresh and real good... Nice spicy salsa comes with the tacos also... We'll be back for sure
I love the franchise, and their margaritas are very good. They have the usual sauces, the almost ketchup one and another slightly spicier, but I was never aware they did have a spicy one and it is great! The fajitas Jalisco is an amazing dish, I ordered the 1 person portion but might as well have shared it as I was full not even half way, and kept going anyways for it was that good. Thank you!
Had a flight of margaritas which had many options to choose from in flavors. Really enjoyed the huckleberry and blood orange! For an entre I tried their chicken chimchanga dinner. Queso sauce on top was perfect and the portion size was plentiful. Wish they offered a chunkier salsa version as the chips n two salsas were more of just a sauce texture.
Limon y Sal Mexican Kitchen is a great alternative to the other Mexican restaurants out there. To me, the food at most all of them are the same. Good, but the same. You can get some of that same style food here, but there are some unique menu items as well. It was nice to try something different. And the margarita flights are fun and delicious.
