A genuine pizza takeaway (with wood fired oven) in the middle of a plethora of restaurants which sometimes offer pizzas but look as if they get them from the freezer. I only had one chance to eat from there in a 2 night stay in le-Puy-en-Velay. But the 4-cheese pizza was excellent with a thin base and generous tppping. In addition, the staff were excellent, bringing the pizza to us while we waited outside.
The waitress was so attentive to my needs, even coming back to ask whether I minded about there being traces of milk in the pizza dough, and brought me a wonderfully risen, stone baked marinara pizza with extra veg and a rich, oily tomato sauce. Well priced and well staffed. Would recommend. Merci L'Imperiale je me suis régaler!
I can only recommend their pizzas. That's great. delivery is upstairs and staff is always great on the phone. delivery is always fast and consistent. That happiness! I have already ordered several times and would recommend without hesitation.
