The food here is authentic and delicious—plain and simple. This place has a charming, homey vibe; it's not fine dining, but rather a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. I can understand the frustrations some people have with ordering, but I think that speaks to a sense of entitlement, as mentioned earlier. I had the Camaroneros Al Ajillo, and it was fantastic. The sauce was well-made and nicely seasoned, with just a light hint of spice—nothing to be concerned about. I really enjoyed the slices of garlic in the dish. It's good for the soul and the immune system! If you aren't a fan of the dish, though, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. It came with yuca, which complemented the meal perfect...

I ordered takeout- whole rotisserie chicken with salad and yuca fries, tallarin verde pollo and a passion fruit juice. The server was very attentive, friendly and took my order immediately. There was about 30 minutes wait to get my order in which I did not mind since it was freshly cook. The establishment is very small and seatings are very tight. It was crowded when I went during lunch. The whole rotisserie chicken was very aromatic, tender and savory. They gave me enough aji verde sauce, it was creamy but not spicy or tangy. I wish it had some heat to let the chicken more irresistible. The yucca fries were a little soggy- it is common when you order take out. I was not an issue when you pu...

The delivery menu is huge almost daunting. Our order was a notch above average overall, but I think I'd try some different things next time. The Bistec was very, very tough and a bit dry. It seemed a bit skimpy for the price $18). The Chaufa Mixto was definitely a bigger portion and had some more interesting flavors, but it was also a bit dry. We ended up adding some additional sauce we had lying around, which made the flavors a bit different. The plantains were solid, but those are pretty hard to mess up. I'm definitely intrigued, though, and will try ordering again.

There are certainly plenty of Peruvian options on the menu. The service was outstanding. The fried fish and its batter were excellent, and the fish itself was incredibly fresh. The ceviche was quite good—spicy and made with fresh fish. The rellenos de papa, which are stuffed potato balls with meat, also included pieces of hard-boiled egg and were very tasty. As for the duck dish, the meat had a slightly gamey flavor and was a bit dry. If you're looking for really great duck, I would recommend going to a Chinese restaurant, as they excel at preparing roast duck. Book a table now

Peruvian cuisine at its best! Dining here feels like being at a relative's home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone. I was in the mood for soup, and for $19, I enjoyed the largest and most delicious bowl of chupe de camarones. We also ordered camarones al ajillo, which was both filling and flavorful. The food isn't greasy or heavy at all. I truly enjoy coming here (this was my second visit). Don't forget to order your Inca Kola while you're there!

You can taste the Peruvian flavors in every dish made. From a ceviche mixto, to your pisco sour as your drink, and arroz chaufa de mariscos is to die for. Make sure to mix their green sauce with your food! Also try our Peruvian soda, Inca Cola and Chicha made out of purple corn. For dessert you will want to end your experience with their lucuma ice cream! Local favorite!

First visit. Take-out order. I had the chaufa de pescado $15. Generous portion of fish rice, fish tasted fresh but the dish was too salty. If it wasn't for the salt it would have been perfect. Seafood has a delicate taste, can easily be overwhelmed with salt. I'd love to go back try the Jalea but I'd have to request they use less salt. Happy Yelping!

I dined in at the restaurant, and the food was incredible. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, as they forgot to bring napkins to the table. Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5. Book a table now

Something was missing. The food wasn't flavorful. I expected more given the price. Overall, if you want to try quality Peruvian food, you may want to look elsewhere.
