Why 1 star? I have been a loyal customer Lisa's Pizza since this place opened. I supported them through the pandemic, and generally order 1 2 times a month. The last 2 orders have been bullshit. The first one took 2 hours to arrive. I did my diligence and called during that time a couple of times each time being told it already went out, and they are delivering right now. The 3rd call they said oh so sorry they THOUGHT they had sent it out. No reduction in price. I just tried them again, and the guy doesn't knock, just leaves my food outside not even bringing it in the front hall and send a text. By not bringing it into he hall like every other fucking time they deliver I get to pay a premiu...
Never have felt the need to write a review but here we go? ordered dinner for delivery last night around 5:40pm, said it should arrive around 6:30pm, sweet. 6:30pm went and passed, I get it everyone is short staffed and busy on a Saturday night. Around7:30 I get a random picture with no context from the delivery driver of a building that is not mine. I proceed to send him myexact location to where he says ?I am in this place, you can come and get it, I don?t speak English?. After now finally gettingthrough the one of the restaurants lines after 8pm they attempted to help (after blaming me for using a ?wrong address? but thedelivery still never arrived. Just called this morning to ask about a...
Finally, I managed to get through to one of the restaurant’s lines after 8:00 PM. They tried to help me, but after implying it was my fault for using the "wrong address," I still had not received my food. I called again this morning to request a refund. They said they had processed it but hung up on me when I asked if there was anything else they could do to resolve the situation.
In total, I spent almost three hours trying to get my food, only to end up empty-handed. I really hope they improve their customer service so that no one else has to go through this experience.
The quality of the food at Lisa’s Family Pizzeria has declined since the ownership changed from the original Portuguese owner to someone from Nepal. The food is no longer good, and it seems like they need to hire better chefs. It’s unfortunate because the pizzeria is in a prime location, but the food just isn’t up to par. Belmont already has plenty of pizza places, so there’s no need for one that serves poor food. This spot would be better suited as a Popeyes!

The food doesn’t match what the Portuguese owner claims it to be! The dining experience was quite disappointing. I'm not sure who the cook is, but they need to find better chefs. To make matters worse, they have a prime location, yet the food is just subpar. There are already too many mediocre pizza places in the small town of Belmont. We don't need another one serving bad food. It would be better to turn this place into a Popeyes!
With only a couple of hours notice, the folks at Lisa's put together a group order including a half tray of pasta, pizzas, and wings. They also helped me figure out how much food to order and accommodated a GF order. It was fresh, ready on time, andreceived rave reviews from our guests. We've ordered from Lisa's before, and this was my first choice for the last minuterequest. So appreciative they could do it.
Lisa’s Family Pizzeria is a fantastic spot for delicious subs and pizza! I’ve never encountered any issues, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
This place is near my house and I've been sleeping on it. The food is so good and affordable. They have breaded wings and fried dough balls. So yum
