the trip references place this restaurant in a place featured in calvi; we at our dinner were able to ratify this position. good attention, both in the reception and in the subsequent treatment as well as in the waiting time and that the terrace and the interior was almost full. We ask for a montgolfier, in honor of the inventors of the aerostatic balloon, a kind of fish soup of original presentation containing rape, locusts, salmon. the fish at its point, good raw material, good taste. I asked for lamb (agneau), as I had seen it well valued in the opinions and was really good. the value-price ratio seemed very appropriate. deserved pole position.

seduced by the terrace and the comments we tested after being charmed by u fanale during previous stays. reservation made. first big disappointment: a cold reception and the feeling of disturbing during our arrival. installed at our table, still insane remarks from the staff. Very average. Tasting side: dishes based on local products revisited (veau, wolf, charcuterie). It's simple but perfectly successful and really good. a local cuisine sublimated by delicate tastes. Really good. desserts are also delicious. In conclusion, a pleasant kitchen at interesting prices but an effort on the reception would be welcome.

nice restaurant in the center of balves, delicious furnishings and friendly service. both inside and outside is fine. meat and fish both very good. Various menu with special dishes. not to be missed, for the appetizer, quail or shrimps with strawberries and vegetables. as a main dish I recommend their typical dish called balloon, presented in a cup covered with pastry. inside a fish soup with pieces of shrimp, salmon and various crustaceans ... excellent! while if you want meat take the fillet! for the dessert, however, it is to try the soft chocolate, with the melted chocolate inside.

at the terrace of a busy street, we spent a very good evening. The dishes are refined. the must-have hot air balloon...and the very nice waitress.To recommend
