The pizza is standard Little Caesars pizza. Not horrible, not amazing. The service has gone way, way downhill in the last 6 months. The entire crew changed and they have like four people trying to throw hundreds of pizzas per night. I ordered online and my pizza was supposed to be done at 5:45 tonight. I never got a notification so I just showed up at about 5:55. They had literally dozens of pizzas stacked and when I asked her where my order was, she acted like I was being impatient. One lady spent a solid 15 minutes looking through each pizza box, stack8ng them, and then repeating the exact same operation. It took her another 30 minutes to get my order out and I watched people come order pi...
Usually 5 stars here. Tonight it could be because they were very busy, but when I ordered the app, my pizza was not placed in the pizza portal. My email said to see the cash register. There was only one person who worked as a cashier. After waiting in the line I asked the checkout if the pizza portal was broken. She said no they were just really busy... I understand. The part that knocked her from five stars to four stars was that I saw how she treated certain people standing in front of me, with a certain level of professionalism and decor, and then when it came to me for some reason they behave with the level of laissez-faire indifference. Show the worst little Caesars I've ever had. actually the only bad I had. First, though I spent over $20, it wouldn't honor the free pizza what was good. I ordered the deep court, that's the only thing I ever get. Every place makes them thick as they should be. This pizza was the same depth as her other pizza... maybe half inch. I could have saved money and got her pizza. For the first time I ever had a thin crust deep dish... Her crazy bread was terrible, thin, small, hard and so salty. I just threw them away. This place is a disappointment and I will never order from them again.
I don't complain about the food, because I really think there's a restaurant where homeless people can get an affordable meal. And if you have younger children; this will be a regular stop at least once a week: this is my case. It came to my attention that pizzas no longer hot and ready.. if you get them hot, then definitely uncooked and soggy.. never ready, as before. They're making them now on demand. the line is laughing long.. (as in the photo) hopefully? ll correct the service to their loyal neighbours
