The service at this restaurant is not great. You may find yourself waiting for 15 minutes without anyone taking your order, as the staff are frequently in the back. Even when someone does come out, they tend to only talk to a couple of people in line before returning to the kitchen. It would be helpful if there was a bell to ring for service, but unfortunately there isn't one. Additionally, I have received the wrong food from my mobile orders multiple times due to inconsistent labeling on the boxes.
About 12 minutes before closing time, the restaurant refused to make my pizza claiming they were out of dough. It is common sense that a pizza shop should never run out of dough. As a result, I will not be returning to this particular establishment. Instead, I will go to Pizza Hut or another pizza shop like CC's Pizza. CC's Pizza in Star City is great and offers all-you-can-eat options.
The service was terrible that she had an attitude all the time. On the back to make the food and not even wash their hands after taking our money and touching other things you never know how many people have taken money and not even washing their hands.
Pizza looks terrible. We opened the box and the pizza looks like someone threw it around in the store. Somehow it looks like they used more crust than cheese. There are only huge spots of folded crust on the pizza itself, will post pictures.
