I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order and even joked about it when I brought it back after waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the promised pickup time. The assistant manager casually asked, "Oh, what did we mess up this time?" as if it were some kind of joke. I understand that mistakes happen, but it felt inappropriate to laugh about it after I expressed my frustration. Waiting an hour for pizza, with an extra trip home and back, was extremely inconvenient. The pizza itself was decent, but it was overshadowed by the poor service. They offered me a free Crazy Bread for my trouble on my next visit, but when I requested a refund instead, they made it dif...

I gave up my order and was joking about it when I brought it back to them after I had to wait 20 minutes after the time when I was already quoted for pickup. the assistent has literally asked what we screwed up this time? as if they play a funny game. I get nothing perfect, but sweating after the angry customer goes. after an hour wait for pizza with an extra trip to home and back, the pizza was decent, but extremely uncomfortable. then they wanted to give me a free, crazy brot at my next visit for my inconvenience and gave me a hard time when I asked for my money back because I didn't want to come back to this place. especially for just a free brot. no bad place if they don't want any custo...

I typically don't eat at Little Caesar's, but I’m a huge fan of thin crust pizza, so I decided to give it a try. I should mention that I usually get terrible heartburn from their pizza, but this thin crust was fantastic. It was cooked perfectly, and I think its thinness allowed a lot of the grease from the pepperoni to cook out. The crust was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back! **Update to Review:** I discovered that you can customize a thin crust pizza however you like! So here’s my new order: thin crust with mushrooms and black olives.

Avoid this Little Caesars location—it falls far short of expectations. The young woman managing the store is unnecessarily rude and confrontational. She even accused me of stealing 79-cent sauces despite having paid for them. When I proved I hadn’t taken anything, she blamed me for not having the sauce listed in the pizza portal, claiming her employees are incompetent. If you value your peace of mind and integrity, steer clear of this place. The Van Dyke Little Caesars in Sterling Heights is a complete disappointment. Book a table now

Little Caesars Pizza is the only option left in town. It seems like all the other places have lost their way. I used to get two small 2-topping pizzas for $10.60, and two large 2-topping pizzas for $21.20. A couple of months ago, I tried ordering two small pizzas for lunch, and the price was $23.69! I declined. When I went to pick them up, after struggling with a significant language barrier for 15 minutes, I was told that was the pickup price. How did the price double in less than a year? So, Little Caesars wins!

This is my favorite location, but when I visited yesterday, my pizza was quite flat. It might have been because they were really busy at the time. The employee who assisted me was just okay—she didn’t seem very friendly, but maybe she was new, so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. I hope my next pizza is as good as it usually is. By the way, their crazy bread is always served hot and buttery, which is definitely the best part! I still recommend this location, as it’s usually perfect for me.

I usually don’t eat at Little Caesars, but since I’m a big fan of thin crust pizza, I decided to give it a try. Normally, their pizza gives me the worst heartburn, but this thin crust was amazing—perfectly cooked. Because it’s so thin, a lot of the grease from the toppings cooks off, making it much better. The crust was great! Update: I just found out you can order thin crust anytime. I got the thin crust with mushrooms and black olives.
