I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely rude staff member at the front. When we placed our order and received our food, we realized we were missing an item. When I went back in to address the issue, the staff member snapped, asking, "Is there a problem?" I explained that we were just missing a breadstick, and he abruptly insisted that we had ordered two. After checking the computer, he confirmed we had actually ordered three, but he rudely told me I would have to wait because they were out of stock. I felt embarrassed by his attitude and the way he handled the situation.
I walked in to order a pizza and the man serving us was very rude towards me and my friend. We also watched him say very rudely to other costumes when they asked for the right amount of bread sticks that they ordered that they ordered 2 and then said it?llbe another 5 minutes in a harsh tone. He walked away well I was paying and would not come back to give me my receipt and wasrude well handing me my receipt. I know it?s 10:30 pm but it was the rudest and harshest costumer service I have everexperienced.
As a pizza takeout and now delivery restaurant... Little Caesars has kept it fresh with their new and ever changing new to the menu. We have loved almost every new thing that has been added to the menu. almost everything) The Stuffed Crazy Bread was lacking compared to the value but that might just be my family. Slice n sticks is a 2 person pizza that we love. Hopefully they keep it on the menu in addition to the Extra Most Best, yes that is what it is called.
I wanted to leave a good review because after a mess up on my pizza, the crew was very understanding about it. I have digestive issues with a lot of foods so my order is always very specific no matter where I go so I dont get sick. They were veryunderstanding about this and made a new pizza for me and threw in breadsticks as compensation for waiting so long. The pizza wasvery good so the wait time was not a bother for me. They're decent. The Hot-N-Readys are usually just that—hot and ready—but that's mainly because they often don't have any on hand when I arrive. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, there are times when I just want a regular pizza instead of the freshest option. More often than not, it seems like they're lacking in variety—that’s all.
They assisted me in proposing to my girlfriend by watching me hide a ring inside a breadstick. The staff awkwardly applauded as I broke the breadstick in half to unveil the ring. Fortunately, she said no, which was a relief since it was an arranged marriage.
The staff appears to be either quite inexperienced and having difficulty keeping up, or there’s a manager present who is simply sitting at a laptop and not actively assisting.
Their pizza is fantastic when it’s fresh. The prices are affordable, and I never have to wait long for my food.
