The pizza was lacking pepperoni and had an unbalanced ratio of toppings, with about 80% cheese and only 20% sauce. Unfortunately, it had no flavor. The breadsticks were inconsistently cooked; some were overdone while others were undercooked, and they hardly had any taste of garlic or parmesan cheese. As for the brownie, it was oddly undercooked, even though it was a pre-packaged item. It was too soft to hold, making it impossible to eat without a fork, similar to a soup, or we were left with the option of baking it further ourselves in the oven.
The staff member who took my order was inattentive and didn't capture everything I requested, even when I asked for confirmation. Additionally, I didn’t receive a receipt, which meant I had to reconstruct my order by myself. His demeanor was rather unwelcoming. I waited a considerable amount of time for a single pizza, and when it finally arrived, it was greasy and tasteless. After making a long journey, I expected much better from a Little Caesars. Is this really their standard?
The portion sizes were disappointing. The ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza was supposed to be loaded with pepperoni, but it had the same amount as the regular pepperoni option. Additionally, the sauce cups for the Crazy Combo (Crazy Bread and Crazy Sauce) were only half full, instead of being filled as they normally should be. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
I ordered delivery online, and the driver called to let me know they were out of thin crust pizza, which was the main item I had ordered along with a few other things. The restaurant didn’t inform me about this or offer any substitutions. When the driver arrived, they only brought one drink, while I was expecting crazy bread, brownies, and the pizza.

I've always loved Little Caesars, and I'm excited that it's now available for delivery! The only downside is that you'll need to have a pizza cutter on hand, as they don't cut the pizzas very well. I'm used to this from different pizzerias, so it's just something to keep in mind and be patient about.
I had my first experience with this pizza today, and it was amazing! The food was extremely fresh, and my delivery driver, Manuel, was very friendly. I left feeling happy and satisfied with both the meal and the service. Wishing them all the best!
I must commend the dasher, Natiasha, who was excellent and timely. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this vendor again because of the pricing. The pizza was extremely dry, with very little sauce, and it arrived cold and hard.

The staff at Little Caesars Pizza seem quite inexperienced and could benefit from training in customer service and communication. From what I observed, most of the employees appear to be young. Food: 4/5
