Other locations have been outstanding. I won?t be ordering here again. My order was missing items, my crazy sticks didn?t have any butter or Parmesan on them, they were dry and cold. The pizza wasn?t fresh. When you?ve worked over 12hrs and just need aquick meal to put on your stomach so you can sleep and go back at it, it?s quite disappointing. Waste of money.
I'm not going to implicate that all LC locations are like this, but DO NOT ORDER from this one! Orders are incorrect, no one answers the phone, they'll close HOURS before they are supposed to, and delivery is inconsistent to put it mildly. I don't know who is in charge of franchising, but the current staff (if there is any) ain't cutting it.
This restaurant is terrible. I placed my order on my phone 43 minutes before arriving, but my pizza wasn't in the pick-up area. When I showed the staff my order number, the woman simply said she would put it in the oven. Overall, this place has poor service and a disorganized atmosphere.
The woman at the register, who wore glasses and had two braids, was very rude. When I asked her for assistance with the card machine, she declined to help me. The customer service was terrible! I wouldn't recommend going here or ordering from this place. Book a table now

The counter person took a long time to come out from the back and people after I came in were served first. The only reason why I stayed is because I wanted the batman pizza for my grandson.
