On August 13, I placed a mobile order for pizza at the Oakland, MD location with a scheduled pickup time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30, not only was my order not ready, but it had also not been started at all. There was no communication from the store regarding the inability to meet the pickup time, nor any estimate for when my order would be ready. The employee informed me, "I'm by myself; BFS doesn't give me help." I finally received my order at 12:05. It's clear that BFS is aware of how unprofessional this situation is and the time it wastes for customers, yet this seems to be accepted behavior under the leadership of Marshall, the founder and owner. I had to wait for my pizza for a bit, but the woman who took my order—if I remember correctly, her name was Margaret—was exceptionally polite and seemed to be working as hard as three people! There was a shift change going on, and the new staff who came in after me didn’t seem very motivated at all. However, the woman who took my order is definitely one of the best employees this Little Caesars has had in years. I really hope they consider giving her a raise and a promotion. She did an outstanding job, and the pizzas I received were some of the best I’ve ever had from this location.
I've lived in Delaware my whole life, and I can honestly say that I've never had a Little Caesar's pizza as fantastic as the one from this location. When you request extra toppings or sauce, they actually come through! Even when they're busy, the staff stays friendly and positive. In my view, this is the best Little Caesar's I've ever been to, and the pizza is truly delicious!
I waited 30 minutes for a Hot 'n Ready pizza, which ended up having more crust than toppings. The previous day's Hot 'n Ready was more like old and not ready; I had to take it back just to get it cut. Plus, the place was packed, with people crammed in like sardines waiting for their orders. The staff's performance was mediocre at best. I suggest finding another pizza place.

The Italian Cheese Bread is hands down my favorite—it's simply delicious! The bread is always made to perfection. Little Caesars is definitely my go-to choice for pizza in town.
