I called an order for a pepper chocolate bread. I just ordered this a few times, but when I came home after picking up, I noticed that I had received a deep dish instead. So I called, they told me to bring it back and they'd get it on the right track. I go to get it and open it to be sure this time had it right. When I opened the box, it was only pure cheese bread, so I asked the checkout where the paprika was. She wanted to tell me? re the same thing, they just cut it wrong the first time?. I said well, but where is the pepperoni!!! Then she repeated herself, at this point I was ready to go. The whole point of paying extra money for paprika is so I have paprika.
I just ordered lunch from here, and there were some big problems with it. I ordered a crazy Calzony CHEESE. I read the description very carefully because I am a vegetarian. So I have no idea why the crust was filled with peppermint. There was also a hair on the crust that had to belong to one of the employees because it was burned in. Great and frustrating experience all around. The food was hot and ready (even if it wasn't what I ordered and had the potential to make me very sick, and the staff were nice enough. These are the only good things I have to say.
They accused my card twice bc they did not have paper in the card machine and the employee said that it wasn't going thrown, but my account shows that they sucked me twice for the same thing the service and the staff are lazy
