Terrible to say is kind. First, the chicken wings are tiny enough that Little Caesars serves them in a soap bowl. Literally, a handful of wings for eight dollars. The Detroit-style pizza is an insult to the city it is called. Definitely NOT Detroit style pizza. I didn't expect gourmet quality, but I didn't expect anything to make Totinos a better option. The ham and pineapple had to be cooked, not just over a little heat. I have some photos, but Google gives me no way to add pictures to this post. Little Caesars, you convinced me you're happy to serve the pizza will.
As far as the food goes, it's hot and ready to go. But the staff is where it's really at. We have been going to this location for years. Tonight I placed a mobile order but when I arrived the young lady at the counter was very polite, but i forgot the crazy bread. Went back for it and the manager was very helpful and got it taken care of.
I went to the app after ordering. The order was not completed until I arrived and the order was wrong. I ordered the pizzas through the car ride thru and ended parking. I had to go in to get it and got hit with bad customer service. They weren't busy even during that time.
Hey, Little Caesars, how about you give this place a staff? There were 4 people working on a busy Saturday night. Waited almost an hour to get a 1 pep and a fresy bread.
