On 2/6/21. I placed a order on your website. I was unaware as i usually do not. Order online that there was a issue. That my order was made through Deal dash. When i called just to make sure it was placed to the right place, i was told no that you dont deliver. I asked that i be refunded. I was told No you have to go through door dash for refund. Before i could ask how to contact them 1. I was hung up on. 2 when i called right back the female employee orginal was male). She was rude, talked over me, raised her voice and ended the call with omg and hung up. I again called back x 3 only to have staff pick up the phone n immediately hang up. Bad had ordered ahead of time but still had to wait because it seems as they only had one person working by himself at 1PM in the afternoon on Sunday
