My pizza order arrived extremely late. When I contacted the delivery driver, she said she had one more delivery before mine and insisted she wasn't lost. However, a photo of the delivery showed it was left at the wrong apartment. I paid over $10 in tax, delivery fees, tip, plus $30 for the pizza and bread that I never received. Now, I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund to be processed on my debit card. I’m very disappointed and will never use their service again, especially due to their lack of concern.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The classic cheese pizza was completely different from what I had expected based on the picture. It felt like I was served a completely different pizza. The crust was burned around the edges, which was quite unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with this situation. I’ve never received such a poorly made pizza from other places. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would like a refund for my order.
The items I ordered from this Little Caesars location had very little sauce. Additionally, placing my order took much longer than usual because there was only one person working the register. Meanwhile, most of the staff were gathered together, chatting, gossiping, and telling stories, all while making eye contact and speaking loud enough for the customers waiting in line to hear.

I've ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash several times, and each time they forget my crazy sauce. It's really frustrating to have to request a refund every time. The pizza is fantastic, but I wish they would pay more attention to the orders.
Always a fantastic value for the price! Just a quick tip: steer clear of ordering dipping sauces through DoorDash, as they frequently forget to include them, which can make it feel like a waste of money.
I strongly suggest placing your order ahead of time, especially on Friday nights. However, whenever I have called to order, I have consistently received excellent customer service and great food.
I highly recommend calling in your order especially on a Friday evening but I always received good customer service and the food when I call it in is always on point
