The customer service at Little Caesars Pizza was awful, especially from the manager, Patty. I placed an order through the app and received an email instructing me to see the cashier upon pickup. When I arrived, the young man at the counter was friendly but informed me there was a mix-up with my order. I showed him my email confirmation several times, but then Patty came out and insisted that someone else had picked up my order. I told her no one else had, and again showed her my email, but she kept arguing with me. It was really embarrassing, especially with other customers around, and all over just $14 worth of pizza. Completely unacceptable.
I order from this location a few times each month, and the staff is always friendly and precise about when my food will be ready. The restaurant is constantly experimenting with new offerings, such as plant-based pepperoni, calzony pizza, and bacon-wrapped deep dish, which are all fantastic. I do wish the pinball machine in the corner was still plugged in, but I guess that’s a casualty of COVID. Thanks!

What a quaint little pizza place! Even though it's small, you’ll definitely get what you're looking for. I worked nearby, so I had the chance to visit a few times, and each time I went, there were people there—not overly crowded, but always bustling. The service was consistently quick, and I would definitely go back again.
What could be better than hot pizza? I frequently grab the Hot-N-Ready when I don’t feel like cooking. The staff is consistently polite and friendly. The food quality is reliable, and Little Caesars serves tasty pizza. There’s rarely a wait, and if there is, it’s just a few minutes. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here.
