Food: Thin Crust Pepperoni: delicious, the crust was thin and almost buttery flaky, and it was loaded with so much pepperoni, making each bite heavenly. I would 100% get this again. Detroit Style Deep Dish 3 Meat: super yum. If you want something fresh that hasn't been sitting on a warmer for a long time, ask for any non pepperoni option cause typically they don't have those ready for pickup. And their Detroit Style Deep Dish 3 Meat was great! Loaded with meat and I super loved the bread that was soft and almost reminded me of focaccia.
I ordered two portions of the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs, and when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that they were overcooked. I was quite dissatisfied with this order because they looked and tasted as if they had been sitting out for some time. If I could, I would definitely drive over to ask for a refund or a fresh batch.
I grabbed a 2-liter of root beer from the cooler, but it was warm, so I put it back. The staff gave me attitude for not wanting to pay $4 for a warm drink. When I got home, I discovered my calzone wasn't cut! If you decide to go there, it's on you! If I could give half a star, I definitely would!
The pizza was outstanding. However, the stuffed breadsticks were a little soggy. I had asked for them to be cooked well, but they didn't quite live up to that request. They were still delicious, just not as crisp as I had anticipated.

I liked how I was able to just grab my food straight from the heater. Good price for the food and quality is decent; you get what you’re paying for.
I received the wrong order and was charged for four of the same item. The food was good, though, I suppose?
The customer service was disappointing, and they also don't wear gloves while preparing the pizzas!
