I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I had to place my order online since they never answer the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order around 9:00 PM, I discovered once I got home that they had forgotten my wings. Additionally, my pizza and crazy bread were undercooked and overly doughy. To my surprise, when I called back, they actually answered. However, they told me they couldn't issue a refund and didn’t have a number I could call for assistance. When I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with, he refused to provide it. I definitely won’t be returning—save your money and avoid this place.
The staff is quite unfriendly. They can see you walk in and will let you wait until you try to get their attention. Service is slow, and they often get orders wrong. They charge extra for cheese but still put it on your crazy bread. The chicken wings are undercooked, and when you ask for them to be well done, they respond with an attitude. They also seldom answer the phone for takeout orders. Overall, the customer service is poor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is concerning; it seems like the floors haven't been mopped in months.

I arrived at the restaurant yesterday at 9:40 PM, which is 20 minutes before their advertised closing time of 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, I had to leave without my pizza because they had already closed. If they actually close at 9:40 PM, they should update their hours accordingly to avoid wasting customers' time. This way, patrons can make other plans if needed.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant a few times recently and found the prices to be great. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the staff were not wearing gloves while handling food in front of customers. Unfortunately, I ended up getting really sick afterwards. This seems like a serious health violation and is definitely concerning.
I absolutely love their chicken wings, and the combination pizza is one of my personal favorites. When you pair it with some wings and your choice of dipping sauce, it makes for a truly satisfying meal—ideal for a Friday or Saturday night while enjoying a game or movie. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable!
They don't accept phone orders when they're busy (which seems to be all the time), so if you can't use the app, it's best to avoid this location. Additionally, I noticed that the employee making the pizzas wasn't wearing gloves and was using her personal phone in one hand while handling the pepperoni.
This place is bottom of the barrel I ordered through door dash and the order was messed up based on all the reviews I’m seeing idk how they managed to stay open for so

You gotta love their prices. And their new pretzel crust cheese pizza is sooooo delectable and DELICIOUS! And it was just $11! I gotta keep coming back for more!
I've had the wrong order four times in a row now. I'm going to choose a different location from now on.
