I like the food, I just don 't like the counter employees attitudes. To get a simple question answered is like playing 20 questions. For example; Do you know when you will have any hot and ready pizzas ready? My answer was, like 10 minutes . I asked what kind will be available? Get the answer probably pepperoni . I also have been inside while waiting for order that was done online. I hear other customers have to ask the same question over and over in different ways to get an answer. I absolutely love the taste of their pizza, but my experience this time was quite disappointing. After ordering my pizza at the window, I was instructed to pull around to the back and then found myself waiting for 35 minutes without any sign of progress. While I was waiting, an employee came out and delivered an order to another driver. I approached them to ask for an update on my order (just one EMB pepperoni), since I had been waiting so long, and was told it was probably still in the oven. Shortly after, another staff member confirmed my order, but it became clear they had forgotten to put my pizza in the oven. After a total of 45 minutes, I finally drove away with my pizza.
I've ordered multiple times online and the order never comes out right or they don't give me my entire order. When I call, the people are really rude. I get people have off days, but its happened multiple times. This time they didn't give us a part of our order and when I opened the pizza, everything was just thrown on there in a pile and the jalapenos and mushroom didn't look like they even cooked them.
Do not bother looking at the Menu online.... the prices are nearly double. Asked for 2 3-Meat Pizzas and a Bread Sticks.... was told $34-something. When I asked why so much and that I was looking at the Page, read them the address (guy said, ya, that is us). The guy asked Manager, her answer was, we are privately owned , so we can charge whatever we want. We got pizza elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Ordered ahead, they had not even started my order when I arrived to pick it up. Employees were rude and said I would have to wait for a refund. Called about the refund after 4 days, still haven't received a refund or an answer. Building is dirty and run down, they obviously don't care about the business or their customers.
If you order a custom pizza be prepared to get an old and lukewarm “hot n ready” that was barely reheated. Pepperoni that was added wasn’t even crisp. Not worth it.
Very good pizza! Other pizza chains in the area have gone downhill so we tried them and they were actually very good! We will go there from now on!
