The pizza at Little Caesars is so good that I nearly got held up while waiting in the drive-thru! However, I've noticed some troubling changes recently. There seems to be a serious shortage of staff—maybe due to the safety concerns at the drive-thru? On my last few visits, only one employee was working, causing long wait times. I also saw multiple pizzas being thrown away, not because they were burnt, but because the toppings were overcooked. Ordering online in advance doesn’t work well either; I got an email saying my order was ready, only to find out they hadn’t even started baking it. This location really needs improvement—it was great just a year ago.
Arrived 10+ mins before they close and was told rudely that I couldn't place an order...if you don't serve pizza past 9:50pm, just lock the door! Also the pizza is incredibly inconsistent depending on who is working, even two from the same order are totally different, there is always a better and worse pizza... Also the windows are all broken and it always looks like the place was just burglarized ?????? YIKES...avoid!
This will be the last time I use the app to order for pick-up. Every order has taken an hour or more past the promised ready time before I actually receive it. Often, they don’t start making my order until I get to the store. Then I’m told it will be ready in 15 minutes, but after waiting that long, I’m told to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that, my order was once canceled without any notice.
This restaurant urgently needs management to step in. The owner should think about hiring more staff, bringing in more experienced employees, or personally training new hires to enhance the operations. Without these changes, closing the business might be the best option.

I ordered off the app. I waited 10 extra mins and they still only had 3 pizzas done and instead of giving me 1 deep dish sausage. She gave me 2 lunch sausage pizzas that tasted worse then high school pizza.
Little Caesars Pizza offers excellent food! I really appreciate how affordable their menu is, and it's also very convenient to get to from where we are staying.

I truly enjoy Little Caesars. They offer delicious pizza at an affordable price. My kids love it too. Plus, their wings and breadsticks are amazing.

We were hungry and decided to stop by Little Caesars Pizza. We grabbed a pepperoni pizza, and it was fantastic—loaded with plenty of flavorful meat.
